When water enters your home, it’s important to start the extraction process as soon as possible. The longer the water is allowed to sit, the more likely it is to do major damage to the foundation and structure of your home as well as encourages mold growth. Water is dripping from my ceiling! What should I do?

Answer!

Give us a call, and we’ll be out to your home within a few hours. If you know how to turn off your water, do so—this will prevent further damage if the leak is the result of faulty plumbing. Once we arrive, we’ll assess the damage and determine the source of the water leakage. No matter the cause, we’ll fix the problem and then begin the cleanup process.

I’m worried about the costs of cleanup. Will my insurance provider pay for this?

Answer!

It depends on the cause of the problem. If the damage was caused by defective plumbing, then your provider should pay. If the damage was caused by something not covered by your provider—for example, a flood—we’ll work with you to create an affordable payment plan that won’t destroy your savings account.

How long will it take for everything to be fixed and usable again?

Answer!

Drying times vary depending on the type and extent of the damage, but the area will usually be inhabitable again within 3-5 days of the beginning of the drying process. In all cases, we will closely monitor the area to ensure that all water damaged areas are drying properly and thoroughly.
